So happy with this order and will order again. It’s so cheap comparatively and the lining is actually thicker than compared to others. Five stars
Fragrance is a frill to me, and an unwanted one at that. I don't like the smell and I have concerns about synthetic fragrances and endochrine disruption so I try to avoid them around babies whenever I can. Other than that, the bags fit the bin and work as expected. I will be searching for a fragrance free alternative next time.
Easy to refill and does the job without paying exorbitant money for the Tommy tippee refill.
Have tried multiple other products but these one remains the better choice

Great idea. Love how thin the plastic is. Only issue is the precut lengths are too long. I dont know how anyone is getting the whole 10m in their canister because I can't! I have to cut it in half and then fill the canister... I've also seen other brands that have the plastic already rolled/folded so you just put the whole thing in the canister rather than filling it with the tube, that would be even better!
Hands down easiest product to use. Also the fact the the roll is pre cut made it faster and handy if you don’t have a pair of scissors hanging around.
I have purchased previously and loved this product. I went with their new design and have found it just as good! It took me months to get through my last roll so it is well worth the cost and time to re fill the cartridge. It also smells amazing so no more stinky bin!

The new precut version is much better than the old. I wish there was an option to just get the bags and we don’t need a new tube each time. We just use the original cardboard tube. Maybe sell a starter pack with the cardboard tube. Then sell the refills without the tube.
I bought another 400m roll just in case and because the Boxing Day sales were so good! To no fault of their own the cardboard tube came damaged (thanks to Australia post dropping heavily on my veranda I heard it drop so know it was them). When I reached out to the company to ask for a replacement I was met with prompt action and compassion giving me an option of a partial refund or a replacement tube. I can’t fault the customer service of these staff members during such a busy time.
I brought a 400m roll 2.5 years ago when I had my first born. 9weeks ago I gave birth to my second child and we recently ran out. The amount of money that we’ve saved is out the gate. These honestly have saved our pocket big time. I would highly recommend
I' ve been using these refills for a year now, it takes a couple of refills to get a hang on how to fit 1 roll in, it really needs to be squeezed in to fit the whole roll in the cassette. 1 year on and now it's quick and easy to do. They're cost effective, I only used 2 100m rolls for a year, way cheaper than buy the casettes.
No major issues. Takes a while to refill a few cassettes, but they last 3-4 days for us and we have 6 cassettes on hand so only have to do refills every fortnight. Keeps the smell contained for now (baby not on solids yet). This is my second purchase and will continue purchasing
The new material is great, it seems thinner and more durable. I thought that each ‘sheet’ was supposed to fit the casing so that you didn’t have to have scissors handy but I ended up having to cut mine almost in half because I couldn’t fit anymore in the casing. However it’s nice how the new folded sheets fit better in a drawer than the roll.
Don't buy refills from the shops, Use No Frills and it'll save you heaps, quick delivery and easy instructions.
I accidentally ordered the wrong one we like the original with the cardboard tube however this one will work just as well. Either way it will be just fine we love the product all the same.
Always loved no frills to save money with filling the nappy caddy! However the newer version is prone to splitting, and the new tube to help load isn’t as sturdy so that is also a little trickier. Still happy overall!
I really love these bags and in fact prefer them to the originals. Nice and thick and do not tear.

This has been a great money saver for us. I would like to add though I wish the plastic tube was not sent when I'm a repeat customer. Its a waste as I don't need it again, its bad for the environment and I'm sure a cost to the business. I ordered two packs and I received two plastic tubes - that doesnt make business sense. Please stop sending the plastic tubing - ask customers if they need it or not. Its just another thing ending up in landfil. I have a cardboard tube which works a lot better. Thank you
